Seashell Curry Rețetă

  • Desfaceți dovleacul
  • Taie-l în cuburi.
  • Spălați și frecați cochilii.
  • Încălziți uleiul într-o caserolă și împrospătați cardamomul, frunza de dafin, semințele de muștar și scorțișoară.
  • Adăugați ceapa tocată, usturoiul tocat și ardeii tăiați, apoi chimion, coriandru, turmeric.
  • Adăugați sare. Lăsați să se scurteze scurt.
  • Se adaugă dovleacul și se amestecă timp de 5 minute.
  • Se presara cu 100 ml de apă și laptele de nucă de cocos.
  • Simmer timp de 15 minute până când aveți o curry curry.
  • Adăugați un pic de lapte de cocos, chimen și coriandru, apoi crustacee.
  • Simmer acoperite până când se deschid.
  • Serviți cu orez.
